What data I collect
- Data sent through the contact form: name, email address, type of request and message text.
- Technical browsing data: like any website, the server automatically records some technical data (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access) needed for the site to work and stay secure.
Why I use it
Data sent through the form is used only to reply to your request and, where relevant, to arrange a photography service. The legal basis is your request itself and the consent you give by sending the form. Technical data is used only to keep the site working properly and securely.
Your data is never sold, passed on to third parties or used to send you advertising.
Where it is stored and for how long
The site is hosted by Netsons s.r.l., with servers in Italy. Messages from the form reach my email inbox and are kept for as long as needed to handle the request; technical server data is deleted periodically.
Cookies
This site does not use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to work may be used, and these do not require consent. Fonts are hosted directly on the site, with no connection to external services.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to me through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
